• Use the service to distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or any part of the TheCompressJPEG infrastructure
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to abuse the service or overload our infrastructure
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without our explicit written permission

4. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload to TheCompressJPEG. By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the compression service. This license terminates automatically when your file is deleted from our servers (within 60 minutes of upload).

All website content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, code, and software, is the property of TheCompressJPEG or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
